Direct-AG Services Ltd. is owned and operated by David and Lynae Layton. Both were born in southern Alberta and raised on the farm. They currently live on the farm and raise kids, hay, and grain.

Dave has worked several years in the grain business in south and central Alberta. His knowledge of the grain business and extensive network of contacts in the agriculture sector is a valuable resource for his clients. Lynae is the “behind the scenes” person. She does office work, editing, and bookkeeping.

After seeing a need for local information in the agriculture sector, Direct-AG Services Ltd. was formed. Since 2003, Direct AG Services Ltd. has been producing a weekly newsletter. The Direct Connections newsletter is focused on southern Alberta agriculture. Direct-AG also offers consulting services to help with finances, marketing, and agronomy. And now, we bring the web to you as a resource for selling your agricultural products and commodities without the expense of setting up your own website.
